    Dr Na’eem AhmedFounder

    Na’eem is a doctor in South London. He completed Academic Foundation Training at King’s College Hospital and thereafter worked as a Clinical Fellow to the NHS National Medical Director, Sir Bruce Keogh. He is a former advisory board member for Mayor of London’s Team London and former Trustee at Macmillan Cancer Support.

    Lara is former Director of Investor Relations at GHO Capital Partners LLP, a specialist healthcare investment adviser. She was most recently Vice President, Corporate Affairs at Circassia Pharmaceuticals plc where she was recruited to support the largest UK biopharmaceutical fundraising at IPO.

    Lara is co-founder and CEO of our spinout ImproveWell.

    Jean-Paul PrestonChairman

    John-Paul is a seasoned private equity practitioner, having negotiated over 100 deals as Investment Manager and General Counsel at LDC, the UK’s leading mid-market private equity fund. John-Paul was also responsible for LDC’s corporate social venturing, and its collaboration with Big Issue Invest which led to publication of the UK’s first “Social Impact Report” on Private Equity. John-Paul is currently COO at Gresham House.
